it's been a week since my visit to hatyai with some of my friends.

kim yeong market where you can spot from all range of stuff over there. From dry foods to clothes and a lots more. this is where you can start bargaining for a lower price.

having some drinks after a long walk

cold coconut water. feels damn refreshing

moving to our next destination.

suporn massage.sounds a lil obsense to me

weird lunch we have. suppose to have some hot and spicy tomyam but we end up having japanese meal. so contradicting

but this meal is worth every penny we paid. this big bento set only cost 20bucks. i bet u cant find it anywhere in malaysia.

forget what it is called but is something like tako yaki. only it is in waffle shape plus an egg on top of it.

The hunt for the food continues at night around lee gardens area.

sotonggg!!!

the next day, went to the morning market before headed back home

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
